Day 1: No solid food or any drinks except the following:

The Herbal Concentrate Tea contains Green Tea Extract, it is primarily a Fat Burner. The Herbal Aloe Concentrate contains Aloe plant juice which is known for its cleansing and healing effects on the digestive system.
This is the only day where you might feel a twinge of hunger, but rest assured that your body is not starving.
2 Tbsp. of Nutritional Shake Mix has 15 grams of protein. You will be consuming 8 Shakes, which means you will be getting 120 grams of protein on Day 1.
Day 2: No solid food or any drinks except the following:

Shakes:
5 Shakes of Nutritional Shake Mix mixed in Water- Taken 1 Shake every 3 hours from wake up time.
1 Shake is 2 Tbsp. Nutritional Shake Mix with 1 Tbsp. Personalized Protein Powder (PPP) mixed only with Soy or Non-fat Milk (2 Tbsp).
Tea and Aloe Mix:
2 Liters of Water of Mixed with 2 tsp. of Herbal Concentrate Tea and 9 Caps Herbal Aloe Concentrate. Must finish before 8pm.
Do not put Oats nor Fruits in the shakes for Day 2. You want to restrict your intake of carbohydrates on this day.
The Shake is a Complete Meal, you will get all the nutrients you need with Low Fat, Low Sodium, High Fiber, No Trans Fat, No Sugar, No Cholesterol, and it is a Low Glycemic Index Food.
1 Shake with PPP gives you:
20 grams of protein,
22 grams of carbohydrates,
6.4 grams of fat and has only
250 calories.
Multiply that by 5 shakes with PPP and you get:
100 grams of protein,
110 grams of carbohydrates,
32 grams of fat and
1,250 calories in Day 2.
Day 3: Regular Program of Shakes and Solid Food
Water:
2 Liters of Water- Taken all day long.
Shakes:
3 Shakes of Regular Nutritional Shake Mix a day. Taken 1 Shake every 3-4 hours.
-1 Shake is 2 Tbsp. Nutritional Shake Mix with 1 Tbsp. Personalized Protein Powder (PPP) with Soy Milk or Non-fat Milk (2 Tbsp). You may add Oats or Fruits.

Solid food:
1 Healthy Afternoon Snack

1 Regular Meal
